Ideal Location with Comfortable Rooms

Location is exceptional for prayer access. Our double room was well-equipped with a TV, fridge, and a workspace. be aware of the elevator wait times during busy hours, which can extend your travel plans, especially for prayers. Opt for lower floors for easier access.

the location is amazin, just a 2 min walk to the haram gate which is great for women. the staff were really nice and helpful, always checkin if we needed towels or water. our quad room was comfy with nice beds and a fridge too. the housekeeping team deserves a shoutout for keepin it tidy. overall, its a nice spot for a quick umrah.

The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the women's prayer area, making it incredibly convenient. The housekeeping service was exceptional. they were attentive and ensured my room was stocked with all needed amenities. Though I faced some confusion during check-in, the staff quickly resolved it and even sent a lovely fruit basket as a gesture of goodwill. the elevators were often crowded during peak hours, which caused delays.

Had a decent one-night stay with clean rooms and surprisingly accommodating check-out. The bathroom was mostly alright, though the lifts can be a pain during peak hours.

great location but minor check-in issues

The location is truly fantastic, especially for women accessing prayer areas just a short walk away. The staff were very attentive. Salah personally guided me to my room and made sure I was comfortable. The thoughtful gesture of a fruit basket and a call from the General Manager was a nice touch that elevated my experience.

I did have an issue upon check-in which added some confusion to my stay.

Location is great. late check-out at 3 pm was a plus. Wi-fi was slow.
