Grand Plaza Al Madina Hotel - Medina

I had a decent weekend here! The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the women's entrance, which is a major plus. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay more enjoyable. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the rooms were, and the housekeeping was on point!

The elevator situation was a bit of a nightmare. I often waited forever for a lift, especially during prayer times. the key cards were a little outdated and caused some frustration. a mixed experience, but it’s great for a quick stay close to the mosque!

Good choice of food for breakfast, which was good to satisfy everyone. The location was excellent and fantastic, not far from the mosque of RasoolAllah, Ministry of commerce, and the masjid, near the market and all the shops.

Clean accommodation, excellent and amicable staff with receptionists. Location - magnificent and amazing, close enough to Al Haram, the masjid, near the market and all the shops, and go downstairs. Easy walk to Taiba Commercial Center.

The location is fantastic, just a quick walk to the Haram. While the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, I did have some issues with cleanliness and lift wait times. Just be prepared for a few quirks, but it's a solid spot for a pilgrimage.

The location was particularly good and incredible because it was close enough to the market and all the shops, and mosque. It also was easy to get uber to the train station🙂

Cute environment, ideal if you're traveling with family and seeking proximity to local amenities and cultural attractions.

the hotel is clean with free parking. the location is wonderful, to ministry of commerce. and it's nestled in a very big building near to the train station, the masjid, near the market and all the shops and the holy mosque.

Ideal Location with Comfortable Rooms

Location is really good for prayer access. Our double room was well-equipped with a TV, fridge, and a workspace. Opt for lower floors for easier access.

The location is amazin, just a 2 min walk to the haram gate which is great for women. The staff were really nice and helpful, always checkin if we needed towels or water. Our quad room was comfy with nice beds and a fridge too. The housekeeping team deserves a shoutout for keepin it tidy. Its a nice spot for a quick umrah.

The food service was slow and not that great.

The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the women's prayer area. The housekeeping service was really good. They were attentive and ensured my room was stocked with all needed amenities. Though I faced some confusion during check-in, the staff quickly resolved it and even sent a lovely fruit basket as a gesture of goodwill.

Had a decent one-night stay with clean rooms and surprisingly accommodating check-out. The bathroom was mostly alright, though the lifts can be a pain during peak hours.

great location but minor check-in issues

The location is fantastic, especially for women accessing prayer areas just a short walk away. The staff were very attentive. Salah personally guided me to my room and made sure I was comfortable. The thoughtful gesture of a fruit basket and a call from the General Manager was a nice touch that elevated my experience.

I did have an issue upon check-in which added some confusion to my stay.

Location is great. Late check-out at 3 pm was a plus. Wi-fi was slow.

The staff here were helpful and the location was great, making it easy to explore the area.
